On June 30, 2025, longtime friends and musical collaborators, Dave Garner and Bruce Williams, set out with a van full of guitars and gear for the Barrington Tops at the roof of the NSW Central Coast. Making a rustic cottage, Elouera,  home for three days, completely off the grid with no internet or phone coverage, they set about writing and recording what would become Before The Afterglow : The Elouera Sessions Vol 1.
